We cover a genuinely large stretch of the metro area, from the coast to the Hills and down toward the Peel region. Below is every pocket we regularly work in, what tends to get booked there, and what to do if your suburb is not on the list.
Six pockets of Perth, each with its own character and its own reasons people call us.
The heart of Perth, and honestly, one of the busiest patches on our schedule. Apartments in East Perth and Northbridge, share houses in Leederville, heritage cottages tucked behind Mount Lawley's main strip, all completely different jobs wearing the same postcode. High rise living tends to mean smaller floor plans with big windows and shared building rules, so our teams are used to working within tight building access windows and lift bookings without missing a beat.
West Perth brings a different flavour again, plenty of office cleaning contracts sit alongside the residential jobs, given how many businesses are based right in that corridor. It is not unusual for us to run a commercial clean before dawn and a regular house clean two streets over by mid morning, that is just how central Perth works.
Apartment regular cleans, end of lease cleans on share houses, and after hours office contracts.
Fremantle, Cottesloe, Claremont, Subiaco and Nedlands make up some of Perth's most established addresses, and the homes reflect it, character weatherboards, renovated federation houses, and the odd near new build squeezed between them. It is a part of town where people are particular about their homes, understandably, and our teams are used to working carefully around original features, timber floors and older fittings that need a gentler hand than a newer property might.
Fremantle in particular sees a steady stream of end of lease work given how many rentals turn over there, students, young professionals and short term tenants moving through the port city's terrace houses and converted warehouses. Cottesloe and Claremont lean more toward regular ongoing cleans, family homes that want a consistent weekly or fortnightly rhythm rather than a one off visit.
Weekly and fortnightly house cleans, end of lease cleans in Fremantle rentals, and deep cleans on character homes.
This is coastal Perth family territory, Scarborough's beachside apartments and townhouses, Joondalup's newer estates, and the fast growing pockets further out like Wanneroo and Ellenbrook where new builds seem to appear every few months. A lot of what we do here is exactly what you would expect from young families and busy professionals, regular weekly or fortnightly cleans that keep a household running without anyone having to think about it.
Morley sits in an interesting middle ground, close enough to feel connected to the city but genuinely its own community, with a real mix of older homes and newer infill developments. Sand from the beach, a growing number of short stay rentals near the coast, and larger blocks further inland all mean the northern corridor keeps our teams working across a genuinely wide range of property types in any given week.
Regular family home cleans, Airbnb turnovers near the coast, and deep cleans on newer builds after settlement.
Head east and the landscape genuinely changes, Midland and Bassendean sit closer to the flat suburban grid most of Perth is used to, while Kalamunda and Mundaring climb up into properties on bigger blocks, sometimes with a view that makes the drive out completely worth it for our teams. Forrestfield bridges the two, part suburban, part semi rural, and increasingly popular with families wanting more space without leaving the metro area entirely.
Bigger blocks in the Hills often mean bigger jobs too, more square metreage, more windows, sometimes a driveway long enough to need its own conversation. It is one of the areas where a quick chat about access and layout before booking genuinely helps us get the quote right the first time, rather than adjusting on the day.
Deep cleans on larger properties, regular cleans for busy Hills families, and window cleaning on bigger homes.
Gosnells, Thornlie, Kelmscott and Maddington make up a solid, dependable stretch of established Perth suburbia, plenty of freestanding family homes on decent sized blocks, a real mix of long term owners and steady rental turnover. It is one of the more straightforward areas for us to work in, good access, predictable layouts, and a real sense of community that comes through even in a quick conversation while booking a job.
We see a fairly even split here between regular ongoing cleans and one off jobs, deep cleans before a family event, bond cleans as tenants move on, and the occasional oven clean booked in on its own because, let us be honest, nobody actually enjoys scrubbing an oven by hand on a Saturday.
Regular family home cleans, end of lease cleans, and standalone oven and carpet cleaning bookings.
This is our widest stretch of coverage, running from South Perth's river frontage apartments, through Cannington and Armadale, down into Rockingham's coastal community, and out to Mandurah and Pinjarra in the Peel region. South Perth and Cannington tend to feel like an extension of the inner city in terms of the work we do there, apartments, townhouses, plenty of regular cleaning clients who want the same consistency they would expect closer to the CBD.
Rockingham and Mandurah are a different rhythm entirely, more holiday homes, more short stay turnovers, and a noticeably relaxed coastal pace that our teams genuinely enjoy working in. Armadale and Pinjarra sit further from our base teams, which is worth knowing upfront, jobs out that way are entirely possible and happen regularly, just factor in that travel gets discussed as part of your quote rather than being a surprise.
Airbnb turnovers along the coast, regular apartment cleans near the river, and bond cleans in Armadale and Pinjarra.
We are genuinely expanding coverage, so a suburb missing from the list above does not automatically mean we cannot help.
Send us your postcode before assuming we do not cover it, plenty of suburbs get added to our roster after someone simply asked.
Outer suburb jobs sometimes include a travel contribution, but it is always confirmed as part of your quote, never added after the job is done.
Managing a rental in Fremantle and a home in Joondalup at the same time is common enough that we handle it without missing a beat.
For everything else, our full FAQ page has you covered.
Message us your postcode before ruling it out. We are steadily adding new areas, and the list above reflects where we work most regularly rather than a hard boundary we refuse to cross.

Yes, this comes up more than you might think, property managers, landlords with a few rentals, and families helping ageing parents in a different suburb. Just let us know all the addresses and we will coordinate scheduling across the lot.
Generally yes, we try to keep teams working within areas they know well, since local knowledge genuinely speeds up parking, access and building entry, especially in apartment heavy suburbs like the CBD or South Perth.
